The wedding ceremony will take place at the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity (aka the American Cathedral). It was Mercer's church in Paris and is the seat of the Episcopal Convocation of Europe. The service will be conducted in English.

We anticipate the ceremony will wrap up by 4:30pm. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk along the river to the reception venue, or a 10 minute drive. There are taxi queues outside of the hotels one block north of the Cathedral.

If you are staying nearby, you may want to freshen up before the reception begins at 6pm. Otherwise, Saint Germain is a great area to enjoy a drink in the meantime. We suggest Bar Josephine or the Brasserie at the Hotel Lutetia.

The reception will begin with apero and hors d'oeuvres. We will then go upstairs for a seated dinner before kicking off the dancing! We have privatized the Maison de l'Amerique Latine until 2am.

Both the church ceremony and reception are black tie. Men, please wear tuxedos. Ladies, please wear a floor-length gown. The church could be chilly, so you may want to consider long sleeves or a pretty coat.
